Dogs Trust PAW Patrol

Thank you so much for getting involved in PAW Patrol on a Stroll. We wanted to introduce you to some very special pooches who we like to think of as our very own Dogs Trust real-life PAW Patrol!

Some of these lovely dogs are currently searching for their forever home and you can find more information about them on our website. Our Dogs Trust rehoming centres are full of wonderful dogs looking for happy new homes. They come into our care for all kinds of reasons and once a dog joins us, we ensure their time in our care is filled with experiences they enjoy and lots of opportunities to help prepare them for a happy future.

Meet the PAW Patrol lookalikes below!

Maple starring as Chase

Maple was advertised on the Dogs Trust website in October 2019, and it was love at first sight for Maple’s new family when they first saw her picture and went to meet her at Dogs Trust Bridgend. It took Maple a little time to get used to her new home, but with some training from her new owners, she quickly settled in and now spends most of her days sleeping on her sofa! She now joins her family on their travels in their campervan and enjoys meeting new people on the campsites, visiting shops where the shopkeepers give her treats, and spending as much time as possible running around on the beach. Maple's favourite activity is taking part in agility training and she has 13 rosettes from competitions!

Clover starring as Marshall

9-year-old Clover came into Dogs Trust Bridgend searching for her forever home. She came into Dogs Trust's care because her owner was sadly unable to look after her anymore. She has a very sweet and loving personality and couldn't wait to find a happy home with a big soft bed to curl up on! Last month, she found her pawfect match and is settling in to her new home very well! She loves to run around the field and enjoys her exercise, so will be looking forward to going on fun adventures with her new family.

Forest starring as Everest

Two-year old Forest is full of character and is guaranteed to make you laugh! He’s a lively lad who LOVES to play. He’s very clever and enjoys training- he knows sit, down, paw and would love to learn more tricks! Forest has not had the best start in life so far, so is looking for an adult only home and committed adopters who are willing to work alongside the training team to help him settle and continue the training he needs to build his confidence around new people. You can find out more about Forest and the kind of home he is looking for here.

Leo starring as Rocky

Leo is a 5-year-old Lurcher, who’s a joy to be around. He’s a friendly, happy boy who loves everyone he meets and he loves to play! Leo enjoys going for walks in the woods or on the beach where he can stetch his legs and investigate. He also likes to be the centre of attention and will happily roll over for a belly rub! Leo can be worried by other dogs and prefers to keep his distance away from them, where he can feel safe and enjoy his adventures. At the end of the day, he would enjoy nothing more than curling up in a warm cosy bed surrounded by his family! Leo is currently at Dogs Trust West Calder and you can find out more about him and the kind of home he is looking for here.

Ares starring as Rubble

Ares is an affectionate boy who really enjoys his food and playing with toys, and will carry his favourite toy with him everywhere! He is currently at Dogs Trust Kenilworth and is doing really well with his training plan and developing new skills that he can take with him to his forever home. He needs to be the only dog as other dogs worry him and he prefers to keep out of their way, and in an adult only home due to his boisterous nature- he isn’t quite sure of his own size! He would make a wonderful addition to any home and can’t wait to get back on a comfy sofa. You can find more information about Ares here.

Evie starring as Skye

Evie is a lovely, gentle, 3-year-old Cocker Spaniel who, like your typical Spaniel, loves nothing more than cuddles, walkies, and food! She lives with her house-mate Millie the Spaniel, and they are absolutely inseparable - they have to do everything together! Evie is very eager to please, which makes her an amazing training companion, and she has a very special role at Dorset Dog School where she attends practical training days with the Dog School coaches. At these training days, she gets involved with helping to try and develop all sorts of new ideas, so that we can provide the best service possible to all our owners that attend classes!

Dogs Trust Dog School aims to provide expert advice and practical training to help you and your pooch understand each other better. Whether you’re interested in our 4-week classes, or our 121 sessions, we have something for everyone, all breeds and ages included! Within these sessions we can help you with loose lead walking, jumping up, recall, and numerous other common obstacles when owning a puppy or dog. Owners can book today on our website.

Reilly starring as Zuma

Reilly is currently at Dogs Trust Darlington and is looking for his forever home. He has a fun, playful personality and can be really affectionate once he gets to know you! He loves his food and his toys, he's happy to include you in his games or to entertain himself. Reilly is a smart boy who is keen to learn new things and he enjoys lots of enrichment activities to help keep his mind active. He will need a calm, adult only home with minimal visitors. Reilly can be wary of people and dogs and is looking for owners who can help him with that. If you are looking for a smart boy with bags of enthusiasm then look no further than Reilly! You can find out more about him here.
